By installing or using CalorieSmart, you agree to the app terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. CalorieSmart is a personal food and nutrition log that helps you compare what you eat with goals you set yourself. Use it for your own personal, non-commercial tracking; do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse it.
Not medical advice
Calorie counts, macro splits, Smart Food Scores, TDEE, BMI and weight predictions are estimates, not medical, dietary or clinical advice. They must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional about your health.
Accuracy and availability
Nutrition information you enter, scan or retrieve from public databases can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important. Optional online features depend on third-party services and may become unavailable.
Your device and Premium
Your entries remain on your device. Keep your own backup; deleted app data cannot be restored by us. Android Premium subscriptions are purchased on this website, processed by Paddle as reseller, and linked to the email you provide. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Activate Premium in the app with that same email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CalorieSmart is provided as is without warranties, and we are not liable for loss arising from use of the app. Questions about the terms can be sent to the contact address above.
